Strawberry aroma by green, sweet, sour three kinds of aroma composition, but has green, sweet fragrance mainly. The traditional strawberry flavoring is usually dominated by ethyl 3-methyl-3-phenyl glycidyl acid (strawberry aldehyde) and ethyl 3-phenyl glycidyl acid (strawberry ester), which are similar to strawberry flavoring. Methyl heptynyl carboxylate, ethyl acetoacetate, benzyl acetate, jasmine oil and violet leaf oil were used to endow it with green fragrance. The sweet rhyme is composed of methyl cinnamate, ethyl cinnamate, rose alcohol, phenylethanol, sesame oil, rose oil, α-ionone, β-ionone, maltol, ethyl maltol and vanillin.
